mixed feelings about the stay
broken air conditioning unfriendly staff
the room was a good size, with a comfortable large bed..
the air conditioning did not work and it was not fixed when i asked about it. staff were not very friendly. service could be improved overall. i felt unheard..

wonderful stay at charming spot
perfect location friendly staff tasty options
i found the location quite perfect, placing me near all important monuments. the staff helped me a lot, very friendly they were. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with many tasty options available. the cleanliness was great, everything was super clean.
the air conditioning in my room wasnt working well. i reported it, but the issue persisted . it made the room less comfortable during the hot days.

the reception team provided a warm welcome. the bar staff were eager to assist, even providing superb service. i am grateful for the attentiveness and willingness to assist throughout my time there.

the sky pool offered a pleasant escape with nice views. the building had charming decor. i found the outdoor restaurant shady providing a relaxing meal environment.

breakfast had proper coffee available. food for evening meals was of an excellent standard. i appreciated the choice of eating inside or outside at the restaurant, so many foods were offered.

the room was cleaned every day. bed and towels were refreshed when required, it was great. a huge bed, really, it helped me to relax. the room decor looked great.

nespresso machine rooftop pool valet service
The room was equipped with a Nespresso machine. I found the rooftop pool to be a great addition. The staff offered a valet service for our car (which simplified parking greatly).
